Do You Hear What I Hear?

I just became aware of a podcast that Chris and I are a part of. No, we don’t co-host, we have never appeared as a guest on it and as I say, I had no idea it even existed (they are 172 episodes in actually) but we are smack dab in the middle of it all. It is the Wordwooze Audiobook Test Drive podcast at Audiobook Test Drive • A podcast on Anchor.

What happens on this show is that the many titles that have been published by the Wordwooze company (of which Chris and I have a few each) that have been made into audiobooks (of which Chris and I have few each) have been featured on separate episodes.

What a fantastic way to get the word out there about the naughty writing Chris and I do.

I can’t speak to any other genre of writing, but when it comes to the publishers we have worked with in the erotica field, spreading our writing far and wide, is best for everybody. Chris and I both have books that are being published in eBook and written form that are taken by another publisher who publishes them in audiobook exclusively (as is the case with some agreements we both have with Renaissance E Books and Wordwooze). The prevailing wisdom here, and one which Chris and I believe in, is that the more stuff you have out there, in anyway you have it out there, the more it can be seen. So somebody might come to one of our books stumbling across an eBook version and then go searching and find an audiobook of it or something else we wrote, or vice versa.

As you can guess, hearing erotica is different than reading it, even if it’s the same book you hear and read.

Of course, you can also keep on enjoying what you hear, right here, by going here, here and here.

Happy Holidaze everybody!
