Our episode #41, where Chris and I speak to the beguiling Charlie Forde, is now up and running on our various networks (see here, here, here, and here).
We get into Charlie’s wins at Sexpo; we get into the how’s and why’s of shooting porn, how the rest of the world looks at Australia XXX, and get some hints on the young lady’s traveling coming up (which, by now, she is well into and you can find if you follow her on Twitter, here). Charlie also drops a theory about the future of porn, which Chris and I have also thought might happen. Let’s hope it does, but you’ll have to listen/watch the show to get Charlie’s insight.
We also take a few moments to talk Vegemite.
Now, we encounter a little bit of a technical hiccup during the show, so you will see we lose Chris, but Charlie was such a great guest; we just kept right on, talking about all of her great adventures. And I must admit her accent (which is not an accent to her, but certainly to Chris and I, U.S.A-based hosts as we are) kept me as engaged as her beautiful face and enthusiasm.
How do we get so lucky to land guests like this, Chris and I always ask ourselves. Well, the answer is multilayered and speaks well of the adult business. First, there are wonderful P.R. people working behind the scenes to connect shows like ours to wonderful talent like Charlie; then there is the talent who agree to give of their time and do so with such aplomb. Then there are the producers, like ours, who make the show run, and then the networks which allow us to throw our content up and out to the ears and eyes of a global audience.
Chris and I are so very appreciative of everyone who works so hard to make the adult business what it is.
