M. Christian Tells Us Kinksters How It Is…Again

Celebrating the writing of my co-host is easy. First, “Chris,” writes and has written lots of stuff. He crosses genres as well as media with the work he produces and is an editor and teacher, as well as a writer. So, he is one of those writers who learned long ago about how to do this writing thing successfully informed by all he does.

It’s not a small thing in this day and age to keep to doing the thing we do. It’s all too easy to get distracted, fall down the rabbit hole of social media, and find and seek constant affirmation from whatever tribe you happen to be part of. A writer must write, but take it from one who does as much as he can; it is just as easy not to write, to put it off, as much through laziness as how much we allow the modern world to intrude.

Now, what’s particularly interesting about this new piece Chris has published on Kinkly, is that this essay has been repurposed, added to, and updated from when it was initially published in 2018. But lots of the basics Chris writes about in “Making a Scene” How to Create the Hottest BDSM Encounters” are what he and every other knowledgeable kinkster has been espousing ever since we plucked a crop out of our play bag. Chris just happens to be quite in the know about these practices, safety protocols, and ways in and around a dungeon or play space, and, as I’ve already told you, the man can write; so really, what more do you need?

I am just happy to see a little updating from my buddy and wonderful scribe on such an equally wonderful place as Kinkly about a pretty important aspect of sexuality that we could all do well learning from…kinkster or not.

Writers write.
