Our Upcoming Episode With Dr. Karyn Eilber and Glissant

You know how I love to tease you with guests we have upcoming on our show? Well, Chris and I just had a wonderful chin wag with an honest-to-goodness working medical professional about a wonderful product she developed called the Glissant lubricant. I won’t go into too many details here; I don’t want to spoil the show Dr. Karyn Eilber is on and what Chris and I feel was one of our best interviews ever. Suffice it to say, the “good doctor” as much enlightened Chris and me of her product line (which you can find at https://www.glissantlove.com/) as she opened our eyes with her learned opinion on the connection between arousal and physical responses.

Frankly, Chris and I were blown away by so much of what Dr. Eilber had to say, confirming as she did so much of what we have both suspected and often champion about sex positivity and education. But, of course, Chris and I are nowhere near as knowledgeable about these things as Dr. Eilber, nor are we as articulate.

Dr. Eilber is a board-certified urologist with sub-specialty board certification in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery and has over 20 years of experience taking care of women’s most intimate needs, an Associate Professor of Urology and Obstetrics & Gynecology & Gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the Associate Program Director for the Cedars-Sinai Urology Residency Training Program. Before joining Cedars-Sinai, Dr. Eilber served at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s Urology Department, where she gained extensive experience in pelvic reconstruction following cancer treatment.

There’s no denying this lady’s experience and knowledge…nor, after you hear us talk to her, how wonderful she is to talk to.

As you know from listening to Licking Non-Vanilla, which you can do here, here, and here (to name but a few places), Chris and I have tried to grab guests from all walks of life, promoting a varied view on what we do in our bedrooms, boardrooms or maybe across a butcher-block kitchen table. But we had (have) yet to have a scientist on the show…and one who was also as much fun as Dr. Eilber was just jawing away with us.

I will alert you here and across our social media when our episode with Dr. Karyn Eilber airs.

For now, check out her Glissant line.

Chris and I thank you so much, doctor, for your time.
